The Duncan administration began on December 1, 1993 when Matthew Duncan took office as the twenty-ninth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 2003. Duncan took office as a Democrat member of the National Progress Coalition after winning the 1993 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1998. His administration was succeeded by the Chapelle administration under Remy Chapelle, a Green member of the National Progress Coalition.
