The McNulty administration began on December 1, 1983 when Sean McNulty took office as the twenty-eighth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1993. McNulty took office as a National Republican after winning the 1983 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1988. His administration was succeeded by the Duncan administration under Matthew Duncan, a Democrat member of the National Progress Coalition.
