The President of the United Republic of Vinalia (Soravian: Президент Об’єднаної Республіки Віналія; Prezydent Obʺyednanoyi Respubliky Vinaliya) is the head of state of Vinalia.

Member of the Colonial Vinalian assembly. Was voted by Vinalian authorities unanimously to become first President of the Federal Assembly of Vinalia following independence. His support for the establishment of factories in Vinalia, run by wealthy capitalists gained opposition starting the Social Front. Democratic supporters joined the Anti-Chornovil movement which opposed the increase of Gowsa workers in Vinalia. Won re-election in 1867. Helped to start Vinalian industrialization although faced considerable backlash towards the end of his term, for his opposition to social reforms in Misto Myru. Lost to Vadym Oksamit of the Social Front in 1872. | |||||||

Instigated Social reforms in the country, and favored large Agricultural establishments rather than further industrialization. Vocal opponent of reduction of autonomy by Chistovodia on Vinalia.
