The chancellor of Heavenfall, officially the chancellor of city affairs and intercity affairs for the Free City of Heavenfall, also referred to as the chancellor of city affairs, is the head of government of Heavenfall. The chancellor advises the president regarding congressional matters and is in charge of enforcing intercity policies. The chancellor is appointed by the president with approval of Congress. By convention, the chancellor is a member of the House of Assembly.
