The Heavenfall House of Assembly is the lower house of the Congress of Heavenfall, with the House of Owls being the upper house. Together, they comprise the bicameral leguslature of Heavenfall. The Assembly only holds a regular session once a month, with most legislative functions delegated to the Recommendations Committee between sessions.
