Elder Brother Qrut IV (Shinasthana: 亖且乙, plis-tsa-qrut; d. c. 296) was a ruler of the city of Tsinh in the Early Archaic Period. He is venerated as the first of the ninth sacramental generation in later practice. He began at least five sacramental cycles and is credited with at least four regnal years, though in all likelihood not much longer. Like most other early Themiclesian rulers, his personal name is unknown. The paired ancestress in the canon of rulers is Spouse K-rang II, who may also be known as the Lady of Sin or the Lady of Kip.

All events in the Springs and Autumns of Six States attributed to him are sacral in character, and he is not associated with any known historical event.

He is preceded by K-rang the Great and followed by the notorious Prang VI.
