Werner Ströbel (17 September 1930 - 2 June 2016) was a Besmenian actor and voice actor who has appeared in numerous stage, television and film roles. He is best known for his portrayal of the West Besmenian dictator Karl Ochsenbein in the historical film Empire of Evil.
