The Tinolea (Assembly) is the elected lower chamber of the legislature of Gelonia. It is located in Durnovaria, the capital of Gelonia, at Tinolea Palace, formerly named Guillous Aedificium after Gelonian-born Latin Consul, Michael Guillous, Lord Guillous.

The Tinolea is a unicameral legislature of 167 members, elected for four-year terms by instant run-off voting. The most recent election was held on 12 May 2019, and resulted in Gaiscio earning a plurality of 50 seats, and forming a coalition with Arcinniuio. Members of the Tinolea hold their seats until it is dissolved ahead of an election. The Prime Minister is a Member of the Tinolea, and is appointed by the Monarch following a general election. The government is primarily responsible to the Tinolea, though must maintain the confidence of both a majority of the assembly, and the Monarch.
