The Anahuense women's national football team (Spanish: Selección de fútbol femenil de Anáhuac) represents Anáhuac in international football and is governed by the Anahuense Football Federation (Spanish: Federación Gran Rugidoense de Fútbol). It competes as a member of the CFCO.

Anáhuac first qualified to the World Cup in 1992, as the automatic hosts and has qualified other four times. Anáhuac's best progression in the women's World Cup were being the champions of the 1992 World Cup, being the first and sole title of the country in the fields of soccer. Pedro Martínez serves as coach for the team.
