Hemicyon, officially Grupo Hemicyon S.R.L., is a Latio-Aligonian private military and security company founded in 1996 by Sid Amer Vigo and Bento Amorin, two mercenaries and former members of the Xendarmeria, with financial support from Duke Alexandre del Villar of Tarraron as Solutorii S.R.L.; in 2003, it rebranded to Grupo XI, and again rebranded and restructured in 2011 to Praesidium Periclea. It has previously been contracted by the Latin Speculatores, and ____.
