Admiral Tsugunaga Kazuyuki (Mizuhese: 嗣永和幸) is a senior Mizuhese naval officer who is serving as Commander of the Mizuhese Forces Atmoran Command since 27 April 2014. Tsugunaga, previously commander of the Mizuhese Fleet Air Forces and, before that the Carrier Strike Group 3. Tsugunaga served as commander-in-chief of all Mizuhese Forces in Atmora during the 2016 Winter War. Tsugunaga has come under criticism and commendation for participating in Operation Blikseminslag, the joint air operation over northern Vozh. Along with the naval bombardments of Vozhan sea ports during the war.
