Abortion in Cordonia is legal on request. National law protects abortion in all cases and allows abortion on request.[1] National law also protects abortions for minors but duchies may require parental notification or consent.

Minors
Abortion for minors (persons under 18) is protected by national law but duchies have the authority to require parental notification or consent. Parental notification or consent is not required in Castelsarreillan, Cordonian C. D., Portavira and Valtoria. Parental notification (only one parent has to be notified) is mandatory in Domvallier, Krona, Lythikos; Ramsford requires both parents be notified. Parental consent (only by one parent) is mandatory in Vescovi.
Gestational limit
There is no gestational limit for abortion when there is a risk to the mother's life, physical health and mental health, rape or fetal defects. Any other situation requires that the abortion take place no later then 14 weeks.
