The 63rd Division (Quenminese: Sư đoàn 63) was an infantry division of the Imperial Quenminese Army. It was raised in Quenminese Kyachindwin in 1934 and assigned under 12th Corps of the 7th Army, a contingent formation of the Western Imperial Expeditionary Front. The division was one of the most distinguished and hardened in the Imperial Expeditionary Front, participating in and spearheading critical maneuvers in numerous decisive battles from the Middle East to the Quenminese heartland alongside other formations in the 12th Corps. Its callsign was the Muntjac Division (Sư đoàn Mang).

Action

The 63rd Division was formed and activated on 18 August 1934 in Quenminese-occupied Kyachindwin in preparation for the Invasion of Indiae. It was permanently assigned with the 12th Corps, which was one of the components of the 7th Army. Serving with the Western Imperial Expeditionary Front, the 63rd participated in the Invasion, and contributed to the decisive battles of Pataliputra (1935) and Delhia (1935). The division would go on to participate in the Middle East Campaign from 10 March 1935 to 10 May 1943. Notable actions during the first years of the campaign were entering Seleucia first in the eponymous engagement, and overrunning Commonwealth, Estharian, and Dalmascan units in the Lunar New Year Desert Offensive and the 1937 Winter Campaign.

The division then participated in the Battle of Sania, where it took part in the failed Imperial opening attack and the November 6 counterattack. Further engagements in Mesopotamia included Berusheba and the Syriannan Campaign. The 63rd participated heavily in the Second Battle of Seleucia where they contributed to stalling the Allied advance at the Acropolis until the arrival of the Kreuzen Highlanders, and attempted to dislodge Allied forces at the Aristobulic Terrace and the Tall-Qunbar District. It then participated in battles within Afghania, especially the Pakistania Offensive where they inflicted heavy losses on Allied forces at the Adibotara Crater, and secured an exit route at the Khost Pocket. During the Nepali-Bhutanian Campaign, the division participated in two significant engagements: a failed counterattack at the Battle of Mongar, and the bloody attacks against the Bethausians and ERUAC forces during the Manas River Offensive, which inflicted heavy casualties on the formation.

It later participated in the battles during the last stages of the Asianna and the Pacific Campaign. During the Liberation of Indiae, they were able to stall the Allied advance for a few days at Pataliputra. During the Kyachindwin Campaign, they, along with the rest of 12th Corps, were able to inflict heavy losses on the Allies during the Sumatreia Campaign. In the Liberation of Bethausia, they participated in the Battle of Sayangon. In Western Quenmin, they participated in Operation Arbiter and the Central Highlands Campaign. In the latter campaign, during the Battle of Tuấn Châu, they set up a viable defense that delayed further Allied advance for a week, and during the Battle of Hoàng Dũng Valley, they committed guerilla warfare that inflicted heavy casualties on Allied forces. The 63rd's final engagement was the Battle of Kontin, whereupon it would suffer their highest amount of casualties and participated in the June 30 breakout. The division surrendered at Phan Ranh two days later where it was officially disbanded.

They are the tip of my spear (12th Corps)

If I would have one division with me all throughout the war, it would be the 63rd

The damn ERUACs had to crash their party at the last moment.
