Ballesdens Bay Naval Base is a major naval base for the Elborran Navy in Alta'ti, Elborra. Geostrategically important port for its location near the Southern Samson Ocean. A portion of the base is permanently leased to the Zamastanian Naval Forces. The base was formally established in 1786, but has since become the most prominent of Elborra's many naval facilities.
