The government of Gasaria (Gasarian: правительство Гасарии) refers to the national government of Gasaria consisting of the executive, legislature, and judiciary based off the principle of popular sovereignty codified by the constitution. The central government of Gasaria is a unitary state. The national cabinet is the Free State Council and the military forces are led by the Military Council. Elections inform the members of the legislature and the presidency. The guiding ideology of the government is officially peopleism which espouses the government's legitimacy sustained off the consent of its people.

Law and organized polities have created governments where Gasaria is since the Classical era, the first of which was Silo. The first cohesive Gasarian polity and government began under the Kingdom of Gasaria as an absolute monarchy. The first Gasarian constitution in 1801 codified a constitutional monarchy. A constitutional republic was proclaimed during the Eastern War, eventually forming the State of Gasaria within the Federate Union. The current government was established in 1968 after the codification of the constitution, which ratified the creation of the Free State of Gasaria following the Gasarian Revolution.

The current government of Gasaria was formed after the 2022 Gasarian elections. The presidency is currently Anton Convic of the People's Party; the legislature is a minority government formed by the People's Party and Sashaslav Democratic Union.
