Qi Nanou (Huajiangite: 齊南歐; Alphabetized Huajiangite: Qí Nán-ōu; Tusangga: Chê Lâm-ĕu) is the incumbent Prime Minister of Huajiang and has been serving since October 2011. Nanou was formerly the Congressional Premier under Qi Dibao's reign as President between 2005 to 2011. Nanou currently serves under President Meiying Yue and is apart of the Yue Executive Council. He is currently the first Qi-Tusanggan politician to hold office as Prime Minister.
Qi Nanou was born in the capital of Huajiang, Qichang in 1972 at the onset of the Gao'an Cultural Revolution. He attended Hai University in Shangchan, where he graduated in 1992. After graduating, he worked under the Shangchan City Bank, and afterwards was hired on by the Huajiang National Bank in 1998. He ran a campaign to become the mayor of Shangchan which turned unsuccessful. In 1999, he was officially elected as a representative in the Huajiang Legislative Tang for South Shangchan.
