Cartwright, often simply called Wright, is the 5th most populous city in Layfet. Located at the western edge of Ammos County on the Gulf of Layfet, the city is the center of the Hub of Diplomacy metropolitan area, which includes New Polacica, Diplomacy, Port Epinay, Renzton, Weneria, and surrounding smaller suburbs. Cartwright has been described as diplomacy capital of the world, being home to many of the world's international organizations and programs. It thus has an inportant place in world affair and can sometimes influence world commerce, entertainment, education, politics, tourism, and sports. It is the most visited city in Layfet by foreigners.
Cartwright is the home of IATA, International Court, IFA, and the Sister Cities Program, among others.
