Cartwright, officially the City and County of Cartwright, is most populous city of the Layfetian State of Epinay and the fifth most populous city in Layfet as a whole. It is located on the western edge of the Epinay coast on the Gulf of Layfet. west of the Epinay National Wetlands. The metropolitan area surrounding it represents a majority of the population and economic activity entire "Southland" region, the area where an estimated 95% of Epinay's population lives.
Cartwright is the home of IATA, International Court, IFA, and the Sister Cities Program, among others.
