Civil Aeronautic Protective Service (Lijiangese: 民航保护局; Mínháng Bǎohù Jú, abbreviated MBJ) is the mechanized component of Civil Protective Services and is the surveillance component. MBJ is entirely mechanized, and is tasked with the surveillance within the Lijiang Republic. MBJ is tasked with surveillance of civilian areas within planets, and report to the Civil Aeronautic Protection Computer Unit.

The Civil Aeronautic Protective Service focuses on four different areas within Civil Protective Services. The MBJ is focused mainly on surveillance and safekeeping within Civilian Areas. Surveillance is tasked to the Surveillance Unit, which uses the Jianshi Model Line in its aerial operations. Data that is collected from the Surveillance Unit is then given and stored to the Database Unit connected to the Civil Instruction Computer Core. MBJ also specializes in aerial support within civilian areas, tasked to the Pacification Unit. The Pacification unit uses the Zhifa Model Line, and is controlled by the Civil Instruction Computer as opposed to the Aeronautic Protection Computer Unit.
