Dagmar Jóhannsson (Faldarunic: ᛑᛆᚵᛘᛆᚱ ᛁᚮᚼᛆᚿᚿᛋᛋᚮᚿ; 4 May 1897 – 6 July 1960) was the 5th Lawspeaker of the Confederation of Faldarun, and the wartime leader of Faldarun for most of it's direct participation in the Second Endwar. Prior to his election, Faldarun supported Nerotysia and Meriad with material, diplomatic and tactical aid, however Jóhannsson's first act as Lawspeaker was to initiate a vote on Faldarun joining the war as a full participant. The vote succeeded, and on the 8th of March 1942, Faldarun declared war on the Tartaro-Neptic Axis.
