Issac Collier (September 5, 1805 – May 10, 1880) was an Arabinian politician who served as the 3rd President of Arabi, the 3rd Vice President of Arabi, the 3rd Attorney General, and the 1st Secretary of Defense.
Collier, to date, is the only president to not be born in Arabi.
