The Kaiyang Metro (Huajiangite: 開陽地鐵; Alphabetized Huajiangite: Kāiyáng dìtiě; Guavai: haaiyañh chiithit) is a rapid transit rail system in the city of Kaiyang that is owned by the Kaiyang City Government and operated by the Kaiyang Metropolitan Company. The Kaiyang Metro is one of Serica's largest metro system, and was opened in 1985. It was the first metro system within Huajiang, and was shortly afterwards followed by the Qicheng Metro. The Kaiyang Metro has seen significant growth and ridership since its opening, and has been expanding its line with the newly planned Shikin Express. It is the third largest metro system in Huajiang, surpassed by the Qicheng Metro and the Shengchan Metro. The Kaiyang Metro also covers several subsidiaries, including the Kaiyang maglev line. It offers server 24 hours a day on every day of the year.

In November 18 2014, the Kaiyang Metro announced a new line to begin construction in 2020 to allow access outside of Kaiyang City, becoming the first rapid transit system within Huajiang to provide services outside of city bounds. More plans have been drafted to merge the Kaiyang Metro and the Kaiyang Railroad District (A division of the Huajiang Railroad Network Company) together and are under review. Plans to also begin the H-92 into the Rolling stock of Kaiyang Metro for the new Shikin Express.
