Mathoi is a Semi-presidential parliamentary federal republic with a bicameral parliament and government. President being the head of state, the Premier being the head of government, the Chief Justice being the head of the judiciary.The Vice President is elected in a direct election alongside the President as a running mate, but only as an advisor to the President, except in emergencies.
