Norasa is the largest city in Constantio with a population of 4,349,346. It is located in northeastern Constantio along the Tyakri River, and an important business and cultural center. It was the capital of the Constantio Empire from 1588 until 1782, when it was moved to Apelnisse (Constantinopolis). It lies at an elevation of about 630 feet in the wide plain of Constantio before the foothills of the Chezian Mountains. Almost all of the largest Constantioan companies, media, and scientific institutions have their headquarters in the city. Norasa is the most important transport hub in Constantio where multiple major routes intersect, making the Norasa area the center of the road, rail and air networks of Constantio. It is a city known for its diverse economy, high quality of living, museums, sporting, and entertainment events. Its main branches of economy are high-tech industries and the service sector.

Norasa made a bid for the 2024 Summer Olympics.
