Sébastien II (Sébastien Alfonso Mostodra; born 24 November 1875) was a Carlosian statesman and military commander who served as the last Emperor of Carloso, reigning from 6 August 1915; following the death of his father Sébastien I, until his abdication on 29 May 1932.

Following his abdication, Sébastien initially avoided public attention, despite lingering support in many sectors of Carlosian society for the restoration of the monarchy. By 1941, however, he sought to rehabilitate his image, writing books on the 1919 Red Vanguard uprising, the 1922 coup d'état attempt and the events surrounding the fall of the Empire from his perspective, returning to widespread popularity as a hardened, elder statesman. In 1947, amidst the darkest days of the Emergency War, with Bourgougian forces rapidly approaching Madrigal, Sébastien, now 71, implored President Emmanuel Sartega to allow him return to military service. Sartega subsequently restored him to the rank of General in the Carlosian Army, taking part in multiple campaigns throughout the remainder of the war. After his final retirement in 1951, Sébastien was lauded as a war hero. His subsequent support for Samuel Dengra in the 1955 general election, and then Eneas Mastronardi at the 1965 general election proved vital to their respective victory, and cementing of the Conservative Party's subsequent domination of Carlosian politics. He published his ultimate biography in 1971, which became a best-seller. He died on 8 December 1972, aged 97, receiving a full state funeral which was attended by an estimated 4 million people, the largest in Carlosian history.
