Utrusha Mikhonjeekar is the current Chairperson of the Executive Council and the former two time Governor of the State of Ureyssal. Mikhonjeekar is a trained singer in the classical Ureya folk music and had a long career as a folk performer on both the national and international stage. She was known for her powerful bass voice which allowed her to sing in a range not typical for women singers.
