The Grand Republic of Volkhov (вєлии ѩзꙑкъ Волѕова), more commonly known as Volkhov, is a Princely Merchant Republic made up of semi-autonomous Governorates located in the Eastern part of Cybelleum in the world of Verthandi.
Etymology
The Grand Republic of Volkhov takes it name from the capital of Volkhov, which shares it name with. The etymology of Volkhov is unclear but there exists several hypothesis to the origins of the word
