Gran Telea is the capital city of Beatavic and smallest province in land area. The city was named after the Telea tribe that settled in modern day Gran Telea. Gran Telea sits south-west of the Gran Telea Bay with the Gran Telea River dissecting through several districts in Gran Telea. The current mayor is Anderson Granholm and the co-mayor is Bradley Shirley, with both being members of the Liberal party. As the federal capital of Beatavic, it is an important political capital of the Sotoan Basin Union.

Gran Telea was previously located in the province of Arklip however after the Gran Telea Act of 1824 Gran Telea was granted the status of province.
