1947 amnesty in Themiclesia

The 1947 amnesty in Themiclesia (顯廿又五年大赦; lit. "amnesty of the 25th year of Emperor Sk′ên′") was enacted by Parliament as part of a larger package of post-war policies to promote reconstruction and restoration of normal life. It gave full pardons to all convicted prisoners serving sentences less than five years and a five-year commutation to those serving more than five years; all undiscovered and discovered crimes and those before courts, except for murder, were declared to be non-justiciable.
