The 1950-51 Fluvannia Hockey League season was the third season of operation of the Fluvannia Hockey League. Seven teams played during a regular season lasting from October to February, consisting of 36 games: six games played against every other team, with each team hosting half the games played. The top four teams then played best-of-five semifinals series to determine the participants in the Union Cup Final. The top-seeded Manitowoc Admirals and Omro Raiders would meet in the final, with Manitowoc defeating Omro for their first Union Cup championship and Omro finishing as the league's runner-up for the second consecutive season.

This year would see EHC Wolfshaven return to the Piedmont Amateur Hockey Association, after their first two years in the FHL saw the team struggle financially.
