The Casati AFASF-13 Wyvern is a stealth, single-seat, twin-engine multirole fighter developed for the Cacertian Royal Air Fleet for air superiority and ground attack operations. The aircraft was developed independently from all other Casati projects and was Cacerta’s first operational stealth aircraft. The maiden flight of the Wyvern took place on 7 October 1999 under great secrecy before being serialized for production in 2003 and officially entering service at the end of 2004. Although initially designed to succeed the AFASF-12 Drago, the Wyvern’s expense and lack of mission profile has made the Cacertian military adopt it as a special role fighter.
