The Aldian Space Agency (ASA, Myrian: 阿尔迪亚航天局, Romanized: Āěrdíyà Hángtiān Jú) is an independent agency of the Commonwealth Government that is charged with pioneering and maintaining the nation's civilian space program, international cooperation in the field of space exploration and research. It was originally a part of the Commonwealth Science & Technology Administration but was eventually separated in 1959, receiving and answering directly to the Chancellor of the Commonwealth. It is headquartered in Heping and as of 2016 has an annual budget of cR 340 billion. The ASA's areas of responsibility includes human spaceflight, providing a reliable space launch system for both manned and unmanned missions and maintaining the nation's vast array of artificial satellites in orbit around Heliste.
