The Alectryon was a fighter/bomber aircraft produced by the Republic of Syara.

A low-wing monoplane aircraft, the Alectryon was an all-metal construction with a fully enclosed cockpit. With a powerful engines, autocannons, machineguns, and heavy armor, the Alectryon was a powerful and resilient aircraft at the cost of speed and maneuverability. It excelled at lower altitudes, where it performed better than some contemporary fighters. Because of this and its ability to carry a heavier payload than most other fighters of the Inner Sphere, the Alectryon was often utilized as a fighter/bomber aircraft, carrying out close air support and air strikes against Common Axis forces. It served on the fronts of the war and saw extensive service, and earned a reputation for durability. Over 8,500 were produced by the end of the war, and it was retired from service in 1945.
