Allan Hyrum Leierman was born in Plymouth, United Kingdom in 1829 to parents Jelle and Mary Leierman. His father, Jelle was born in Utrecht in 1801 and moved to Plymouth where he met Mary at the age of 23. In 1860 when Leierman was 31 he decided to move to the Territory of Ilumeic, now the United Kingdom of Tomikals. He campaigned with others such as James Johnson Sr. for the independence of the territory from Great Britain. In 1864 they succeeded and Leierman soon after ran against Johnson for the premiereship. Leierman ended up losing the election and served two terms as oppossition leader. In 1872, he once again went toe to toe against Johnson, this time however was different. As leader of the Historic Party, Leierman led to country to its first non-Conservative government. In 1876 he was once again elected, but this time to only a minority so he therefore decided to work with the leaders of the Atoim-Goobin Party, a party run by the local indigenous people of the archipelago. They merged into the Action Party soon after the election, Leierman served a term as leader of this party as well before losing the election finally to Finn McWilliam, the longest serving PM in Tomikalian history. After his third term, Leierman resigned from politics and retired to his home in London Junction, Dumfries Plains. He will be remembered for allowing women and indigenous people to vote and get jobs in Tomikalian society and for founding the Tomikalian Intelligence Agency (TIA). He died in 1890 to cancer at the hospital in Patras, DP, he was 61.
