Finley Jacob McWilliam was born in 1852 Bedford, United Kingdom to parents Sebastian and Kailyn McWilliam. His family moved to Tomikals in 1862, his father soon entered politics and McWilliam followed in his father's footsteps becoming the leader of the Tomikalian Conservative Party in 1883. In 1884 he beat Allan Leierman of the Action Party for the premiership becoming the third prime minister in Tomikalian history. During his first term he made many allies and exploited legal loopholes to allow him to pardon many of his rich business partners. He ran again for election in 1888 wherein he beat all his opponents again. His second term was more of the same. In 1892, 1896 and 1900 he continued to keep winning the election for the Conservative Party. He also revoked all rights for indigenous people and women. In 1904 he was beaten by the leader of the Action Party. He resigned from politics after he lost in 1904 and lived at his manor in Patras until he died in 1906, he died alone and his body was not found until a fortnight after when the gardener noticed an odd scent coming from inside. He was 54.
