The Allied Republics of Nori (Swedish: Allierade Republikerna av Nori), also known as the Allied Republics or Riscelnia after a former prominent region in the country, is a federal heptacameral republic, located on the continent of Nori in Greater Olympus. It borders the Gulf of Strom in the west and the Oceanus Glaucus sea in the north. The Allied Republics' population lies at 22.5 million despite being considerably larger than other nations of greater population, meaning A.R.N has the lowest population density in Greater Olympus.
The location of the Allied Republics in mostly sub-arctic terrain has left the northernmost part of the country almost entirely barren and the southern part highly agricultural to support the population. The capital, Südhamn, is located in the south-west part of the country and is also the largest city in the country. The A.R.N is split up into seven-member republics, each with their own government and capital.
The Allied Republics of Nori was formed on November 16, 1923, after the end of the Federation-Pact War with the Treaty of Titania on November 7.
Etymology
History
Pre-Sydfält Union
The first records of settlers date back to around 700 B.I.S, with the first clash between two tribes in what is today the city of Sken.
Government & Politics
The Allied Republics of Nori is split up into seven member republics, each of which has their own capital, government, anthem, etc. These member republics sends representatives to the Parliament of the Allied Republics, where laws affecting the ARN as a whole are decided upon.

Foreign Affairs
Ever since the unification during the early 20th century, the A.R.N maintains a policy of complete neutrality when it comes to foreign affairs; As a result, while it does not have any international allies, it also lacks any real enemies.

Geography
The Allied Republics are located in north-west Nori and is bordered by the Gulf of Strom in the west and the Oceanus Glaucus sea to the north. About 30% of the country is located north of the Glaucian Circle and is mostly uninhabited flat tundra.

Economy
The Allied Republics is amongst, if not the largest, exporter of titanium in Greater Olympus.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure is heavily focused on the southern border, which was the main method of transportation between the titanium mines in the east and the harbours in the west before the widespread introduction of aircraft, and along the south-west coast, where 60% of the population alone is located.
