Anders Erik Mårtensson (born 9 December 1965) is a Scanonian politician serving as the Secretary General of the Lorecian Community since 24th of April 2018. He previously served as the Prime Minister of Scanonia in period between 2014 and when he assumed position of the Secretary General of the LC, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs in period between 2011 and 2014.
Early life and education
Anders was born on 9th of December 1965, in Åkersberga to Erik Mårtensson, a notable professor of history at the Åkersberga University and Ingrid Mårtensson (nee Schmidt), a Scanonian diplomat born in Nidwalden. In 1970, his family moves to Kristianstad after his mother receives offer to work for the ministry of foreign affairs. After moving to Kristianstad, Anders finishes primary and secondary school, and enrolls in the Institute of Diplomacy of the King's University in Kristianstad, during which he spends his 3rd year as an exchange student at the University of Cologne. After graduating from the Institute of Diplomacy, he pursued career as a diplomat. After briefly working for the Scanonian Red Cross as the International Relations Officer, he was employed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
