Biography

Azara Fa'leh-Tirest is the eldest daughter of the House of Fa'leh-Tirest, a noble house of Cadenza which historically held the titles of Earl of Great Meqn and, later, Earl of Elagesk. Although the house has been without titles since the eighteenth century, it retains significant influence in Cadenzan politics and is well-connected in the upper echelons of the nation's society. Her father, Roshnat Fa'leh-Tirest, was a senior advisor to three successive dukes of Cadenza and, among other appointments, Chancellor of the Imperial College of Ro'ekha. Her mother, Serama Doredh, was from a cadet branch of the ruling house of Do'rediq and was President of the Supreme and Constitutional Court until her death in 2009.

Fa'leh-Tirest was born in Cadenza at Saint Misrav's Hospital on 3 August 1962. She attended private schools in the city, graduating from Venerable Urram College, of which her parents were trustees, in 1980. She earned a Bachelor's in Commercial Administration from the University of the Sidereal Crown at Martheqa in 1983 and in 1986 received a Master's in Business Administration from Holy Sepulchre University in Arimathea.
