Battle of The Northwest Star

The Battle of the Northwest Star was the largest battle that the US participated in before morphing into the Rim League. The battle resulted with the Loss of the USS Jamestown.

July 4th, 2313

The Battle of the Northwest Star Started on July 4th, 2313, when the USS Columbia encountered what was thought to be a small force belonging to Jammuka between Arconiin and the Belt. As a detachment of 3 US Ships approached the small force to quickly take it out, it turned out to be an entire sub-fleet of Jammuka's. The Detachment was forced to retreat when one of the engines of the USS Columbia was taken out.

July 5th to July 8th, 2313

On July 5th, The USS Jamestown was used to protect the Limping Columbia as the Sub-Fleet came closer and closer. A Small Inner Cordon task force was sent to support the Columbia and the Jamestown. For Three days, The Task Force, Jamestown, and Columbia Fought back the Jammukan Sub-Fleet as The US maneuvered to Flank around The Jammukan Sub-Fleet.
