Borjat Serkov (Kaspian: ['borjat 'sɛrkov], Kezagri: ['bord͡ʒat 'sɛrkov]; born 7 July 1990) is Borjatstanian (more excactly Kezagri-Kaspian) politician who is the current President of Borjatstans since presidental election of february 2021, and was reelected as president in february of 2026. He worked as Kezagri representative in the National Parliament from 2015 to 2021, being one of the youngest members of the National Parliament ever.

He was born on 7th July 1990 in small village Pavelika nearby Almaty to Kezagri father and Kaspian mother, learning both Kezagri and Kaspian while growing up.
He is father to 16 year old daughter Janna Serkov and 12 year old son Petrof Serkov. Janna Serkov has came out as bisexual in June of 2025, making slight controversy by conservatist in the Borjatstanian government.
