The Budget of Vyvland (Vyvlander: Nazonal Geldundwerp) is an annually-set government budget which governs the income and expenditure of the government of Vyvland in the following year. After recommendations of fiscal and monetary policy by the Greetbank (Vyvland's central bank), the Minister of Finance sets the budget each July, shortly before Parliament dismisses for its summer break. The budget is divided up principally by the ministries, each of which are represented by a minister in the National Commission, Vyvland's cabinet. The subnational provinces and municipalities set their own budgets, with some central government funding to even out divides between richer and poorer areas. The current government budget consists of $413 billion of spending, which is equivalent to 45% of the nation's GDP. In 2013, Vyvland's government ran a 4.3% deficit, lower than every year since 2007.
