The Greetbank (Vyvlander for Great Bank) is the central bank of Vyvland, responsible for monetary policy, economic stability, and oversight of Vyvland's national currency, the mynig. Since 1994, it has been mostly independent form government control, although the Finance Minister still has some control over its direction. The bank is headed by a governor; this is currently Jyrgen Moender, who has been in charge of the bank since 1999. The bank also controls the Vyvlander Mint (Vyvluder Myn), which is responsible for the minting of coins and notes for the mynig. It also plays a large role in determining fiscal and monetary policy in the government's annual Budget of Vyvland.

The Greetbank was originally formed in 1742 as a private bank in Vlud, but had the unique position of being charged with the finances and assets of the monarchy. As such, it gained a special place as a national and royal bank, and played an influential role in determining monetary policy alongside the monarch and the Royal Chamber, the country's parliament. In 1875, the Greetbank was officially declared to be Vyvland's central bank, and it was nationalised in 1922. It remained the central bank of North Vyvland between 1935 and 1982, when it was also declared to be South Vyvland's bank in one of the first steps of Vyvlander integration. The bank's headquarters is on Brosdenplaac, in Pannesdad, Vlud's old financial district.
