Bullmar was the original capital of Paleocacher. It was first founded in 1010 and was the site of the union between the old Western and Eastern kingdoms in the year 1610. The capital was moved to the West Coast in the year 1878 to the city of Gardena and today the city has lost some of its former glory. It is the second largest city in the country with a population of 16,500,000 people and is home to much of the information technology industries and many old historical attractions.
