The Ceralis Forum (CF) is an intergovernmental organization that aims to maintain international peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, achieve international cooperation, and be a centre for harmonizing the actions of nations on Terra Ceralis. It is the largest, most familiar, most internationally represented and most powerful intergovernmental organization in the world. The Forum is headquartered on international territory in Elizabeth City.
The CF's chief administrative officer is the Secretary-General. The organization is financed by assessed and voluntary contributions from its member states.
Structure
Secretariat
The Ceralis Forum Secretariat is headed by the secretary-general, assisted by the deputy secretary-general and a staff of international civil servants worldwide. It provides studies, information, and facilities needed by Forum bodies for their meetings. It also carries out tasks as directed by the Assembly and other Forum bodies.
The secretary-general acts as the de facto spokesperson and leader of the Ceralis Forum. The position is defined in the Ceralis Forum Charter as the organization's "chief administrative officer".
Specialized agencies
The CF Charter stipulates that each primary organ of the Ceralis Forum can establish various specialized agencies to fulfil its duties. The specialized agencies are autonomous organizations working with the Ceralis Forum and each other through the co-ordinating machinery of the Economic and Social Council. Each was integrated into the CF System by way of an agreement with the CF. There are NUMBER specialized agencies.

Objectives
Peacekeeping and security
The Ceralis Forum sends peacekeepers to regions where armed conflict has recently ceased or paused to enforce the terms of peace agreements and to discourage combatants from resuming hostilities. Since the CF does not maintain its own military, peacekeeping forces are voluntarily provided by member states.
In addition to peacekeeping, the CF is also active in encouraging disarmament.
Human rights
One of the Forum's primary purposes is "promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion", and member states pledge to undertake "joint and separate action" to protect these rights.
