Chasania, officially the Second Chasanid Empire, is a sovereign state in western Ochran. It is bordered by Kocisupara and the X Straits to the north, the Latin Diocese of Perateia, the Periclean Sea, and the Alcaean Straits to the west, Adijan City and the Ozeros Sea to the south, and Uluujol to the east. Chasania covers an area of X km2, with a population of 91 million. It is the northernmost nation on the Ozeros Sea, with most of its landmass consisting of the Chasanian Plateau, mountains, and steppe. Its capital and largest city is Caufagathua, with other notable cities including Uvamarsia and Tshergasea.
Chasania has been populated by a variety of ethnic groups since the late Bronze Age.
Chasania is considered a regional and a middle power. Its economy, the Xth largest in the world, is heavily reliant on manufacturing and the production of heavy machinery, with notable a notable agricultural sector. Chasania is known for its multicultural legacy, having over 20 indigenous ethnic groups; the largest of these include the Adyghe, Iranians, Abkhaz, and Georgians. Chasania is a member of the Forum of Nations.
