The Chatsmis K'anoni is a dress code that was mandated towards male Akannus and is currently mandated among K'vari Severibi. Some non-K'vari Severibi Akanovans still follow Chatsmis K'anoni in the Akanovan Federal Territories. In modern times, Chatsmis K'anoni only applies to K'vari Severibi legally, and is considered an important part of the traditions that stem from Maradisoba. Both the Akanuul and the Akaniti reject the concept of a dress code that follows the rituals and rights of Maradisoba.
The Chatsmis K'anoni was first established in the Tredashio Collection, which detailed the requirement of men to wear a headdress outside of a K'vari Assembly.
