The Circum-Courlès War (11 February 1987 – 21 February 1990), codenamed Operation Archangel's Blizzard, was a war waged by the coalition led by the Holy Trabian Empire, Joyonghea and Quenmin in response to the Ruzhite Empire's invasion of Trabia, an apparent violation of the Charnoît Accords that ended the Ruzhite-Trabian Border War of 1984. The conflict was also known by other names: John Carl's Crusade, after Trabian Emperor John Carl XXXVII's speech to the Association of Asianna Nations, and Asiannan Nations' War, given the eponymous Association's leading position in the coalition and the conflict.

On 18 September 1986, two days after the Charnoît Accords were agreed upon, the Ruzhite Empire invaded Trabia. It was met with international condemnation, with the strongest originating from the Association of Asianna Nations. Answering to John Carl XXXVII's plea, the Association rallied troops from all constituent nations for Trabia's aid. Alongside this, the Association's call for war received the appeal from Vionna-Frankenlisch, Concordia, Rubrum, Jutland-Gimli and Erebonia. On 30 October 1987, all troops were deployed to Trabia, with the Joyonghean navy securing a pathway in the Battle of Courlès Sea for its army counterpart to land at Bégues. Coalition troops from the Association were stationed at either Montauyonne in the Périseau Peninsula, lead by the Quenminese, or are assigned to assist the Joyongheans in securing a beachhead adjacent of the Courlès Sea or to the Vionnan troops at Oktobrisk. Non-Association troops from Concordia, Rubum, Erebonia and Jutland landed in East Trabia and are tasked with driving the Ruzhites out from the east.

Ground fighting and aerial engagements ensued throughout the rest of the war. After initial holdout by the Ruzhites, they were pushed back across the border. The conflict ended on 21 January 1990, with a decisive victory for the coalition. The subsequent Tourgues Accords was commenced on the aforementioned date, which greatly favored the coalition.
