The Common Airspace Control System is a Radictistani air surveillance radar network. CACS is maintained as a joint effort between the National Air Transit Authority and the Royal Radictistan Air Force. CACS acts as the national air traffic control system and provides command and control for air defense of the Radictistani mainland.
