El Observador Intramuros (English: The Observer Inside Walls), commonly called El Observador (English: The Observer) is a daily general-interest record newspaper from Monsa. It is one of the two largest and most important newspapers of the Principality and it is found in Monsa, Alcantara and Cassonne. It was founded in 1961 after the merger of other two newspapers and was considered the most liberal newspaper of the time, it is now considered a socially and economically liberal newspaper.

Founded with the leadership of Ignacio Pueyrredón de García Mansilla and Carlos Ramos Stein in 1961 after the merger of El Debate and La Prensa, it rapidly ascended to be considered one of the most important newspapers published in the Principality and the south coast of Teudallum. Since its beginnings, it counted with a large readership and a considerable circulation; its serious and responsible editorship and line of speech made it, together with its rival El Día, one of the record newspapers of Monsa, with close ties on the high politics of the Monsa and several relations with foreign affairs officers of surrounding nations. Since 1990, the newspaper releases its weekly magazine El Observador Semanal, covering generalist, lifestyle and political topics.
