The Emperor of TECT is the head of state of The Empire of Common Territories. TECT, as it's commonly know, is an absolute monarchy with a Constitution that protects his/her royal rights. The Emperor also serves as the ceremonial head of the TECT Mythology faith, Commander-in-Chief of the TECT Armed Forces, Head of the Royal Family (and his/her own House), the political leader of the government, and the cultural leader of the Commoner race. It is widely known that the Emperor is highly respected within TECT and many equate him as an Angel (see TECT Mythology, Angel = a God) or God and has a subsequent cult following. The Royal blood line is traced back to ancient times starting with its original founder, Maximus Forelis; though evidence shows various others during the same time period and before 1st Emperor Maximus. It is without saying that the Emperor is the most culturally and politically powerful person in TECT.
